Fermanagh and Omagh District Council is piloting a service which will benefit our customers who are deaf or are hard of hearing. This service will provide instant access to a Sign Language Interpreter for customers who use British Sign Language (BSL).
The service is free from your own home, as well as being simple, fast and secure.
The service will be formally launched in April 2020, following being set up in March 2020. Although the service is initially being rolled out on a pilot basis for 12 months, the Council will gather feedback on the service during the 12 month period before making any decision on extending for future years.
