I had an appointment at the Jobs and Benefits Centre today and I have to say it was an extremely postive experience. Access to the centre was easy and when i arrived at the reception the staff was very friendly and helpful and directed me immediately. Access around the centre was easy as there is a good layout and there was disabled toilets onsite. Waiting time was also short. The advisor I met with was very knowledgable and helpful. He was also very friendly and gave me a lot of advice.
