An excellent 4-star hotel in the heart of London that caters well for the disabled.
The room I stayed in was on the ground floor and proved very easy to access from the main lobby. The room itself proving to be very spacious and accommodating for wheelchair users, though without a walk-in shower.
Staff are very friendly and eager to help in any way.
Wheelchair access is at the rear of the hotel and requires a short additional, but effortless trek.
