I was fuming at booking TGI Fridays (beside Stephen’s Green Shopping Centre) to arrive and hear… oh it’s downstairs, and OH no… no lift.
Then we DO have another branch in Temple Bar (ie 20 mins away) and we hadn’t time.
So family dismantle me and power assisted wheels which sons aged 14, 16 and 78 yr old DAD carried down an up – UNASSISTED. A lady after us came down carrying her own child in his buggy.
This SHOULD not be allowed in a city centre branch, in Dublin.
VERY Angry. I DID contact them. No real apology…as in “they TOLD US” there’s another branch.
